Are you finding it hard to get your day to function in a satisfactory way? At the Social Psychiatry Unit we provide individually adapted support to people with long-term mental disabilities.

We are responsible for ensuring that you

• can live in a way that is adapted to your individual need for special support.
• have access to meaningful employment.
• get support with planning your services in cooperation with the municipality and county council.
• get information and offers about the various services available within the municipality.

What is the process?

You can apply for support and help from the municipality's Social Psychiatry Unit by contacting the Secretariat for Assistance. In consultation with you we investigate your need for employment and support in the home. Your case worker will then offer suggestions and try to adapt the support to your needs.
